craftsmanship. There are ‘standard’ cakes available which
can be customized
to individual requirements.

Ingredients
Many of our cakes can be produced in
rich fruit cake ( with optional brandy or vanilla),
chocolate or lemon sponge. Cake
fillings include homemade buttercreams in a
choice of flavors.
Fruit cakes are covered with a layer
of marzipan (optional) and Royal icing or a soft
(sugarpasto) icing.
Sponge cakes are finished in soft
icing.
Only the best ingredients go into
our cakes.

ALL WEDDING
CAKES OVER A SINGLE TIER HIGH – EIGHT WEEKS minimum notice.
